Once the property is ready, we select a qualified tenant by following Fair Housing law. Showings include self-showing and 24/7 online access backed by driver’s license and credit card requirements. Applicants go through an advanced screening process using industry-best technology. We focus on getting the lease signed and the property occupied.
Protect
We protect your investment through industry-leading accounting, maintenance, and communication. We ensure on-time rent collection and manage your property as if it’s our own. Owners receive funds by the tenth working day of each month, along with expense reports, monthly statements, and tax statements.
